At Valex Racing, we stand behind our high-performance gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided or your preferred insured shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our racing technicians inspect the returned components for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
